I provided end-to-end content production for ultra runner Jordan during his first Backyard Ultra, a last-man-standing race format requiring competitors to complete a 6.7km loop every hour until only one runner remains. Over a continuous 35-hour period, I filmed, edited, and published content in real time as Jordan achieved an outstanding 2nd-place finish, covering more than 200km. The project involved live event coverage, documentary-style storytelling, social media management, and rapid-turnaround editing, all delivered without interruption throughout the race.
The campaign generated more than 750,000 views within 35 hours, gained over 1,000 new Instagram followers, attracted podcast invitations, and led to multiple brand partnership enquiries. In total, 37 reels and carousel posts were created and distributed during the event, demonstrating the impact of high-volume, real-time content production and strategic storytelling in driving audience growth, engagement, and commercial opportunities around a live endurance challenge.
